It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier. I am including the information regarding the larger home which is normally 1200.00 for the weekend plus the 300.00 cleaning fee and 11% tax. I can offer the house for you at 1100.00 plus 200.00 cleaning and 11% tax.
This would bring the total to 1343.00.It sleeps up to 16 comfortably and has 4600 square feet of living space.
The house is just around the corner from Montana De Oro which has several beach access points. There are small coves as well as a 7 mile long stretch of wide open sandy beach. There are no fees and parking is plentiful. There are over 50 miles of hiking trails and walkways along ocean bluffs with spectacular views.
The house itself is a great fit for a group your size and is very family friendly. It has spectacular views of the ocean and Morro Rock and is situated on a lot that provides a nice sense of privacy with room for kids to play in the backyard.
Local grocery stores are only a mile from the house.

There are 2 living rooms, formal dining room and extra spacious kitchen with one of two dining tables (seating up to 8 each), 3/4 fireplaces, 4 bathrooms, 4 patio areas, The entertainment room includes a pool table, piano, fireplace and games for all ages. Children as well as adults enjoy the large backyard with the vast views and watching the deer come by to visit.
A fully refundable 500.00 deposit is required to book the house and rental fees are due 30-60 days in advance depending on method of payment. ”
