As our photo club is growing, the photo trips organized by our leaders have becoming more popular, enthusiastic, and fun. While we have all enjoyed and appreciated many of the great photos brought back by our leaders and members, it's important that we do not loose the valuable thing that we have acquired. That is the trip plan, maps, and suggestions that we have acquired before, during, and after the trip. This is definitely very valuable for others who may be planning similar trips in the future.
I hope that we could create a dedicated repository folder (say one that is in parallel to the portraits, landscape subject tabs) where our trip organizers could deposit their trip plans, maps, and suggestions there after the trip.
It takes a great deal of time to come up with these plans and road maps and let's not loose it. By having the trip planners and members depositing their maps, plans, guidance/suggestion/comments in a **dedicated** folder, these valuable informations can easily be searched and useful to our members.
This road trip info folder will naturally attract more people to visit our photo site not just only for the rich photographic contents but also for the valuable trip information that we have collected and created over the years.
In a way, we're promoting more future photo trips by providing the valuable road trip information at one easy-to-find folder. Consequently, more great photos will be taken and posted at our website. This will definitely be very healty to our club's website.
