It's not hard to broadcast live - just point a web cam to the presentation and use USTREAM to stream to the internet live. But the long standing feeling is against that because people won't come if they can see it over the internet. One option might be to broadcast using oovoo which allows for only 12 sessions. Then people with a legitimate reason of not coming can see it (requires prior approval).

BTW: I will provide Cantonese dim sum for those that arrive before 7:30 pm. (1) - welcome 錢易 - (2) to celebrate that I finally step out of the unemployment line.
